I believe companies should provide their employees flexibility in lunchtime, breaks, sick days, family leave, further education, etc.
Also, we should stop believing in the concept of micromanagement. It puts undue stress on employees.
I Think companies should train, coach and mentor their employees rather than investing time on micromanagement.
If you hired someone, it means you believe they are capable of doing the job. Then trust them to get the job done.
You don’t need to be constantly monitoring their every movement.
The best ideas and advancements are a result of empowering your team.
Micromanagement suffocates, demoralizes and kills creativity.
Select the right people and give them room to get the job done.
